Hey i'm going to install a 2.3 ford and with the added weight was wondering if you had any recommendation for what torsion bars i should use.At the same time i'm installing 002.

    Reply from Skidmark:

I am using 30mm SAW torsion bars with an adjustable center section.  If I could do it over again, I would have gone coil overs and ditched the torsion bars.  I cannot get the lift I want out of the rear without using too much preload, which causes the back end to pogo too much over the bumps.  With the preload set correctly for the suspension to work, the rear end sits lower than I want.
